Brittani Adache

Brittani Adache, a Mental Health Counseling Student Intern at Powerful Principles, specializes in providing tailored behavioral therapy for adolescents with developmental and cognitive disabilities. Leveraging her knowledge of ABA and mental health, she utilizes evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, and play therapy. Committed to individualized care, Brittani creates a safe and supportive environment for both clients and their families to achieve their goals.

Brittany Vitolo

LCSW, B.S., M.S.

Brittany is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Massachusetts with master’s degrees in Social Work and Special Education. She brings expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and blends it with play therapy, sensorimotor techniques, CBT, and trauma-focused interventions to support both behavior and emotional well-being. Her approach is warm, playful, and relational, helping children and families navigate challenges with connection and compassion. Brittany works with children and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, regulation difficulties, trauma, or family transitions, focusing on building resilience, strengthening relationships, and fostering growth. She believes every behavior tells a story, and her role is to help families rewrite theirs with hope and healing.

Lauren Cantor

Lauren, a dedicated registered mental health counselor intern specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, creates a safe haven for children and adolescents facing mental health and behavioral challenges. Through compassionate guidance and evidence-based therapeutic techniques, Lauren helps children and families to embark on journeys of healing, personal growth, and overcoming adversity. Employing her background in psychology and clinical mental health, Lauren provides support and opportunities to help children and their families highlight their strengths and reach their fullest potential. 

Savannah Cuddy

Savannah Cuddy, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, is dedicated to nurturing the holistic well-being of children, adolescents, and families. With a specialization in early childhood development and parent training, she brings a unique focus on fostering healthy relationships and developmental milestones. Savannah’s therapeutic approach blends behavioral therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and creative therapies to support individuals in their emotional and behavioral growth. Drawing from her expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and mental health, she implements evidence-based practices tailored to meet the diverse needs of her clients. Committed to mental health advocacy, Savannah strives to create a positive and nurturing environment where every individual can thrive.”

Parker Powers

Office Manager 

Parker runs a tight ship around here, making sure all meetings start with a proper belly rub and that no snack goes unshared. With years of experience in napping on the job, Parker excels at work-life balance and reminds the team daily to slow down and enjoy the little things (like lizards). His specialties include greeting guests with enthusiasm, quality control of treats, and strategic placement of fur on office chairs. When not busy overseeing operations, you can find Parker curled up in the coziest spot in the office.
